נאעורה (בערבית: الناعورة) הוא כפר ערבי-ישראלי הנמצא כ-10 קילומטרים ממזרח לעפולה למרגלות גבעת המורה בתחום המועצה האזורית הגלבוע. מקור שמו של היישוב בגלגל השאיבה (ناعور, נַאעוּר) המשמש להעלאת מים מן הבאר.

היישוב הוקם ככל הנראה במאה ה-16.^{[דרוש מקור]} בתקופת המנדט הבריטי השתייך הכפר לנפת נצרת. בסקר הכפרים המנדטורי משנת 1945 נאמדה אוכלוסיית הכפר ב-340 תושבים. ב-20 במאי 1948, במהלך מלחמת העצמאות, פונה הכפר בהוראת הכוחות הלא-סדירים הערביים. לבני חמולת זועביה היו יחסים טובים עם שכניהם היהודים. בעקבות המלצת היהודים במהלך המלחמה לא להצטרף למאבק נגד היהודים, ובהשפעתו של השייך סייף א-דין א-זועבי, נשארו רוב בני החמולה בכפריהם. גם הכפרים הסמוכים טמרה, סולם וטייבה נהגו באופן דומה. להבדיל, רוב הכפרים באזור התפנו מיושביהם לקראת הפלישה הצפויה של מדינות ערב.

ביישוב נמצא בית ספר תיכון אורט אחווה גלבוע שמשמש תלמידים מהכפר ומכפרים באזור.
